Lieutenant General Dr. Saad Maan, head of Iraq's Security Media Cell, said the Higher Security Committee for Mass Pilgrimages continues to implement its security and organizational plan for the Arbaeen pilgrimage through close coordination among security agencies and supporting institutions.

Maan said security and media operations are proceeding as planned, with efforts focused on public awareness and ensuring the smooth and safe movement of pilgrims throughout the pilgrimage.

He noted that the number of pilgrims arriving in Iraq continues to rise, with visitors representing more than 170 nationalities, underscoring the global nature of the Arbaeen pilgrimage.

Maan said the successful management of the pilgrimage reflects coordination between security forces, government agencies, the holy shrines, Hussaini processions, and thousands of volunteers serving the millions of pilgrims.
