The Al-Abbas Holy Shrine has inaugurated a Quranic competition at the Al-Abbas Residential Complex in Karbala, coinciding with the blessed month of Ramadan.

Mr. Wahaj al-Abadi, from the Quranic Projects Center of the Scientific Complex of the Holy Quran at the shrine, stated that "the competition is organized under the auspices of the General Secretariat of the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine, in collaboration with the Scientific Complex. It is open to participants aged 12 to 20 years."

He further explained that "the competition covers a variety of topics, including fiqh (jurisprudence), doctrinal questions, as well as Quranic inquiries. The event is overseen by a panel of esteemed readers from the holy shrine and aims to deepen participants' understanding of doctrinal matters."

The Al-Abbas Holy Shrine remains committed to supporting Quranic and educational initiatives by organizing forums, seminars, events, and competitions, all with the goal of promoting the culture of the glorious Quran and enhancing community awareness.
