Al-Warith Academy for Sustainable Development and Strategic Studies affiliated with Imam Hussain Holy Shrine organised a "work etiquette" training course within mutual cooperation with the Iraqi Ministry of Education, aiming to provide cadres with the necessary skills to improve the work environment.

The course trainer, Mr. Ali Al-Hashemi, stated to Karbala International Agency, "This training program comes within the strategic plans set by the academy in cooperation with the ministry, seeking to qualify and develop cadres in a manner consistent with the requirements of modern management."

He continued, "Various ministry departments presented a series of lectures that lasted for three days on the concept of "Smart Working Etiquette" and its importance to improve job performance and enhance professional relations."
