Al-Safeer Specialised Hospital, affiliated with Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, announced the preparation of an emergency medical plan to provide the best services to the pilgrims coming on Laylat Al-Qader night and Eid al-Fitr.

Eng Abbas Abd Ali, the hospital's administrative assistant, said in a statement, "The plan for Laylat Al-Qader nights and Eid al-Fitr has been prepared to provide medical services to pilgrims, as emergency lobbies, lying-in rooms, and surgery halls have been prepared, as well as laboratory, radiological, and consulting clinic services."

He added, "All hospital cadres are in a high alert position, and concerning the ambulances' movement in massive crowds, large and small ambulances will be deployed in coordination with the operations of the Karbala Health Department to evacuate emergency cases through the evacuation line and provide all the pilgrims' needs."
