The German capital, Berlin, has decided to change its mindset and reverse its ideas about female teachers who wear the hijab after twenty years of legislation against the Islamic headscarf in public schools.

According to a report prepared by the Spanish newspaper ABC, "At the request of various civil organisations linked to immigration, a court in the German capital unbanned wearing the headscarf, as this behaviour is unconstitutional and discriminatory."

They added, "This decision may lead to similar changes being taken in seven other German states, where the same ban on Hijab in public schools applies."

The newspaper stated, "These changes have been done due to the large number of Immigrant Muslims in the German institutes, as their numbers reached over 90%, and most of them are Turkish and Syrian."
