Specialized pain care: Pain medicine clinic opens at Sayeda Khadija Al-Kubra Hospital
The administration of Sayeda Khadija Al-Kubra Specialized Hospital for Women, affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, has announced the opening of a specialized pain medicine clinic as part of its ongoing efforts to expand specialized medical and therapeutic services for women.
Hospital Director Dr. Baydaa Ibrahim Salman told the official website that the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, through its medical staff, is committed to advancing healthcare services. She explained that the newly opened clinic provides comprehensive care for patients suffering from acute and chronic pain, including diagnosis, treatment, and the development of individualized care plans based on the latest medical protocols.
Dr. Salman noted that the clinic offers advanced treatment approaches tailored to each patient’s condition, with the goal of relieving pain, reducing the burden on patients, and improving the overall quality of healthcare.
She added that the clinic’s services are delivered entirely by experienced female medical specialists, providing a comprehensive care environment that respects patients’ privacy while addressing their specialized medical needs.
Sayeda Khadija Al-Kubra Specialized Hospital for Women is among the medical institutions established by the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine to provide specialized healthcare and treatment services to women from across Iraq’s governorates.
