Imam Hussain Holy Shrine reveals special programs and new logo for the 2025 International Day of Holy Quran
The Holy Quran House of Imam Hussain Holy Shrine has announced its preparations to mark the 2025 International Day of Holy Quran, and the adoption of a new logo that expresses the universality of the Quranic message.
The head of the department, Dr. Sheikh Khair Al-Din Al-Hadi, said, “The project of the International Day of Holy Quran is one of the most prominent projects launched by Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, and it has been circulated to organizations, holy shrines and government agencies, with the aim of supporting Quranic activity at the national and international levels.”
He explained that the new logo symbolizes the comprehensiveness of the Holy Quran, by combining the globe that indicates its universality, and the open book that expresses that it is a divine constitution for life.
Sheikh Al-Hadi added that there is a series of special programs and activities that will take part over the course of seven days in all Iraqi governorates including Karbala at Bein Al-Haramein, where the Ahlulbayt Quran Encyclopedia will be unveiled.
This Quranic movement comes with direct follow-up and support from the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi Al-Karbalaey.
The 2025 International Day of Holy Quran will be on the 27th of Rajab 1446 AH.
