Thousands of riot forces will be deployed across Britain to deal with the protestors' threat, as far-right groups have planned. Prime Minister Keir Starmer and his government faced widespread disdainful responses for their situation's handling, according to a survey of the British public’s views.

The British public has widely condemned the riot protests in a survey conducted by YouGov, which also displays mixed perspectives on the broader protests. However, Labour under Starmer faces significant criticism for handling the crisis.

The survey reveals that the vast majority of British people oppose the riots. (85%) of responses strongly disapproved of the violent unrest, whereas a mere 7% showed a bit of support, while Reform UK voters, the most supportive group, showed only 21% approval for the riots.

The citizens strongly believe that the rioters do not represent the majority, as 76% of them assert that they do not reflect most British views. The poll held by YouGov shows that 1/3 of Britons agree with the far-right being named 'thugs'.

The word "far-right thugs," said by PM Keir Starmer, characterising the rioters, has led to a debate across the country. Many people agree with this word, as 67% of citizens found it appropriate.

PA Media reported that a young guy was sent to jail for two months, while another one was convicted after he admitted attacking a police officer outside a hotel for asylum seekers in Rotherham, northern England, on Sunday.

According to the latest police figures, approximately 6,000 riot forces are ready to deal with the situation, which has seen more than 425 people arrested and over 120 charged. The government accused the far-right group English Defence League (EDL), which is an Islamophobic organisation established 15 years ago, whose supporters have been linked to football hooliganism.

The Prime Minster Starmer tweeted on Wednesday, "This is the swift action we’re taking. If you provoke violent disorder on our streets or online, you will face the full force of the law."
