Imam Hussain Holy Shrine announces the continuation of work in the largest educational complex dedicated to orphans
The Engineering Projects Department at Imam Hussain Holy Shrine has announced the continuation of work in the orphan schools complex project in al-Salam Quarter, Karbala.
Project supervisor Engineer Zaid Azzam said, “20% of the entire project has been completed in a record period,” noting that this would be the largest educational complex dedicated to orphans.
"The project area is 2.5 hectares and includes elementary, middle and high schools for orphan boys and girls.”
Azzam mentioned that there would be 150 classrooms equipped with the latest educational means, in addition to a nursery, kindergarten, recreational areas, indoor sports halls, integrated health center, library, and biological and chemical laboratories."
This is one of the many projects implemented by the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine in the city aiming to serve the Iraqi citizens in general.
