The Ministry of Health announced on Saturday that Iraq was elected as the head of the Supreme Council of the Arab Council for Health Specialities.
The ministry said in a statement, "Iraq was elected as the head of the Supreme Council of the Arab Council for Health Specialities."
The Council of Arab Health Ministers established the Arab Council for Health Specialities, an Arab scientific and professional body, under the League of Arab States' auspices.
