A group of scholars from Arab, European, and African countries, representing multiple nations, visited the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine. They received a detailed explanation of the various humanitarian and service projects carried out by the Holy Shrine and its associated institutions.

The Palestinian Minister of Endowment, Dr. Hatam Al-Bakri, one of the delegation's members, told Karbala International Agency, "The delegation consists of several Arab, European, and African countries, and from different sects, and had the honour to visit the Holy Shrine in Karbala."

He continued, "We hope the next phase will be bright and enlightening, encouraging greater unity, cohesion, and fraternity within the Islamic Arab world. We must not allow the enemies of the nation, who constantly lurk around us, to seize the opportunity. They tirelessly endeavour to sow conflict among us."

Meanwhile, the Head of the Public Relations Department at the Holy Shrine, Abdul Ameer Taha, stated, "Under the guidance of the representative of the Supreme religious authority, His Eminence Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalai, the Holy Shrine, following the words of Imam Ali (PBUH), 'People are of two types: either a brother in religion or a coequal in creation.' Therefore, we strive to present a positive image of the followers of the Ahlul Bayet through these services provided for free to all visitors."

He added, "We provided the delegation with a detailed explanation about the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain and the humanitarian, medical, educational, and other services it offers in its various institutions, followed by a visit to the revered shrine."

The head of the Public Relations Department concluded, "The Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain has implemented various projects in all Iraqi cities. These include health, education, and humanitarian services, focusing on building hospitals, universities, orphanages, and autism institutes. Additionally, the Holy Shrine has provided various services to millions of visitors annually, reaching over 21 million pilgrims in the al-Arbaeen pilgrimage and over 60 million during the year."
