Imam Hussain Cultural Center in Islamabad receives delegation from Al-Hadi Schools
The Imam Hussain Cultural Center in Islamabad, affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain, received a delegation of officials from the Al-Hadi Schools system, headed by its Director General, Mr. Ali Ahmed Jan. The visit aimed to introduce the delegation to the center’s academic and educational programs and explore opportunities for cooperation to support the intellectual and moral development of students.
Dr. Mohammad Askari, the center’s director, stated that “the visit included a comprehensive presentation outlining the center’s vision and mission.” The delegation was also briefed on the center’s most notable cultural, academic, and charitable projects carried out in various regions of Pakistan.
He added that the delegation expressed its appreciation for the center’s efforts in serving the community, emphasizing the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two sides to support the educational sector.
Dr. Askari noted that the Al-Hadi Schools system oversees ten schools across the regions of Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, serving more than a thousand students—most of whom come from impoverished and disadvantaged families.
He continued, “The Al-Hadi Schools system is committed to providing quality education for these students, along with academic and educational support that prepares them for effective integration into society and enables them to build a better future.”
He concluded by saying that discussions with the delegation focused on the possibility of launching joint training programs for teachers and implementing cultural and scientific initiatives for students—steps that would strengthen the role of educational institutions in instilling moral values and fostering intellectual awareness among the younger generation.
