The Imam Zain Al-Abideen (peace be upon him) Foundation for Research and Studies, affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, hosted a delegation of Iraqi university students as part of its cultural and educational programs aimed at promoting religious and intellectual awareness among young people.

Sheikh Miqdad Al-Kaabi, the Foundation’s Scientific Deputy, said the institution works to promote the knowledge and heritage of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them), particularly the teachings of Imam Zain Al-Abideen (peace be upon him), through research, writing, publications, lectures, and educational programs. He noted that university students are a particular focus, with activities including lectures, discussions, and literary and religious competitions.

The Foundation welcomed students from several Iraqi governorates at its headquarters in Najaf, where the program explored selections from the Supplication of Noble Moral Traits (Du'a Makarim Al-Akhlaq), highlighting the values and priorities believers should emphasize in their prayers.

Through its academic and cultural institutions, the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine continues to engage with Iraqi universities and young people, promoting religious and cultural identity while deepening their understanding of Islamic thought through programs that combine knowledge, guidance, and character development.
