Prime Minister Ali Falih Al-Zaidi received a delegation from the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain, who congratulated him on the formation of the government and its gaining of parliamentary confidence.
The meeting included discussions on the situation in the Holy Governorate of Karbala, as well as ongoing plans to complete service and development projects and the Holy Shrine’s role in supporting those efforts.
Al-Zaidi reaffirmed the government’s commitment to providing full support to the Holy Shrines to ensure the best possible services for visitors arriving from inside and outside Iraq, particularly during major pilgrimage seasons.
