A delegation from the Imam Hussain Cultural Center, affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain, visited His Excellency Sardar Muhammad Yousuf, Pakistan’s Minister of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, at his office in Islamabad. The meeting was held in a warm and cordial atmosphere, during which both sides discussed a range of religious, cultural, and academic matters, as well as ways to promote harmony among different Islamic sects and religions and strengthen the values of coexistence and mutual respect within Pakistani society.

During the meeting, the delegation presented an overview of the religious, educational, cultural, and intellectual activities organized by the Imam Hussain Cultural Center in Islamabad. They highlighted the Center’s important role in spreading Islamic knowledge, promoting intellectual and cultural awareness, and serving various segments of society. The delegation also emphasized the Center’s ongoing efforts to uphold the values of moderation, rapprochement, and Islamic unity.

On behalf of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain, the delegation extended an official invitation to His Excellency the Minister to visit the holy shrines in Iraq. They also introduced several of the Shrine’s scientific, religious, humanitarian, and service projects, underscoring its significant contributions to serving humanity and promoting the values of love, brotherhood, and tolerance around the world.

For his part, His Excellency Sardar Muhammad Yousuf expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain for the gracious invitation, which he warmly accepted. He also praised the active role of the Imam Hussain Cultural Center in Islamabad and commended its efforts in serving the community, enhancing religious and cultural awareness, and strengthening the spirit of coexistence and unity among the people.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the delegation expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister for his warm reception, kind sentiments, and continued support for religious and cultural activities, praying to Almighty God to grant success and guidance to all.
