The General Secretariat of the Al-Askariyain Holy Shrine has announced the implementation of a comprehensive security and service plan to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hassan Al-Askari (peace be upon him). The plan aims to ensure the safety, comfort, and smooth movement of pilgrims arriving in Samarra for the occasion.

Qaisar Al-Dujaili, a member of the shrine's Board of Directors, stated that a detailed plan has been adopted to manage the influx of pilgrims. It includes the provision of logistical support to processions, such as the distribution of dozens of tons of food supplies and thousands of boxes of bottled water. Medical teams have also been deployed, with the participation of specialized volunteers, and fire extinguishers have been distributed along processional routes and streets leading to the shrine.

On the security front, Al-Dujaili confirmed close coordination with the armed forces and local security services in Samarra. Measures include securing a large parking facility capable of accommodating thousands of vehicles.

He also noted the establishment of a dedicated media center, operating around the clock in collaboration with relevant ministries and agencies, to support local and international media coverage of the event.
