Representative of the Supreme Religious Authority honors the International Quran Preaching Center

The representative of the Supreme Religious Authority honored the International Quran Preaching Center, which is affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him), in recognition of its ongoing efforts to spread and promote the culture of the Holy Quran both within Iraq and internationally.

Mr. Muntadhar Al-Mansouri, head of the center, explained that the honor was bestowed during an official meeting held at the office of His Eminence Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi Al-Karbalaey, the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, within the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him). The meeting was attended by the Advisor to the Secretary-General for Quranic Affairs.

He added, "This recognition was extended to us, along with Mr. Muhammad Baqir Al-Mansouri, in acknowledgment of his prominent role in establishing and overseeing the Quranic activities of the Holy Shrine, as well as the unique international programs and initiatives he has organized. These efforts have had a profound impact in spreading and promoting Quranic culture worldwide."

Al-Mansouri emphasized that "this honor serves as an important moral boost, reflecting the religious authority's deep interest in Quranic projects and its support for their continued success." He also noted that "the guidance of Sheikh Al-Karbalaey has always been a source of inspiration and motivation, encouraging us to carry on the work of promoting the Quranic message."

He further stated, "It is vital to highlight the commitment of the Center's staff to continue the blessed Quranic journey with renewed dedication and enthusiasm, ensuring the Quran's message reaches the world in its most beautiful form."

In conclusion, Al-Mansouri added that the meeting also included a special recognition for Hajj Osama Al-Karbalaey, the reciter and muezzin of the two holy shrines. His honorable achievements and active participation in Quranic forums and competitions, both in Iraq and abroad, were celebrated.
