The Arab Muslim community in the United Kingdom marked the birth anniversary of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him), the Commander of the Faithful, with a vibrant celebration at the Ahlulbayt Association in Glasgow, Scotland.

The event attracted a large gathering of Arab Muslims from across Britain and featured a rich program of cultural and religious activities.

According to the organizers, the celebration began with a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. A poem, composed and recited by poet Sayyed Muhammad Al-Hakim, praised Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and highlighted his remarkable virtues, courage, and wisdom.

Sheikh Muhammad Al-Sheikh delivered a thought-provoking lecture emphasizing the importance of commemorating such occasions to strengthen religious awareness. He also underscored the significance of acknowledging the esteemed status of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them) in Islam, urging the need for unity among Muslims in the face of challenges worldwide.
