The blessed banner of Abi Fadhel Al-Abbas was raised in the Pakistani city of Karachi, during the launch of the Second Women’s Festival.

Hundreds of clerics and seminary figures attended the event, which was organized by the Urdu branch of the Turath Al-Anbiya (Prophets' Heritage) Institute for Online Seminary Studies, affiliated with the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department of Al-Abbas Holy Shrine.

“Fatima is the Path of Salvation” was the festival’s slogan, in honor of Lady Fatima Al-Zahraa (peace be upon her) on the occasion of her sorrowful martyrdom anniversary.

The festival included several segments, including a rite of passage ceremony for young girls, and the presentation of a number of research papers on the biography of Lady Zahraa (peace be upon her).
