Rowad Foundation hosts College of Administration and Economics delegation
The Rowad Foundation for Development and Media, affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, hosted a delegation from the College of Administration and Economics, led by Dean Prof. Dr. Haider Jassim Al-Jubouri. The delegation included the college’s scientific and administrative deputies, Prof. Dr. Eid Jawad Al-Murshidi and Dr. Ghazwan Ayad Al-Shibli, as well as several department heads and faculty members.
The visit, held at the Foundation’s invitation, introduced the delegation to its programs, achievements and strategic projects, including initiatives focused on developing religious discourse and strengthening the administrative performance of religious institutions and seminaries.
Dean Al-Jubouri praised the Foundation’s training and educational programs, particularly those addressing strategic planning, media and Islamic outreach. He said the programs offered valuable insight into real-world challenges and digital transformation and could contribute to advancing the public interest.
The two sides also discussed opportunities for scientific and professional cooperation, including joint consultancy, studies and research aimed at improving administrative and institutional performance. Discussions also explored ways to draw on academic expertise to support the Foundation’s development projects.
The Foundation expressed its readiness to cooperate in educational and intellectual initiatives, including efforts to raise awareness among students and academics about harmful ideas and intellectual trends through sound scholarly and cultural approaches.
The visit reflects a shared commitment to strengthening partnerships, exchanging expertise and expanding joint initiatives under the existing memorandum of scientific cooperation.
