The holy city of Al-Kadhimiya is observing the martyrdom anniversary of the Noble Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) with religious and mourning programs honoring his life and legacy.

The precincts of the Al-Kadhimiya Holy Shrine have been draped in black as pilgrims from across Iraq and abroad gather to commemorate the occasion and reflect on the Prophet’s message and the values of mercy, justice and noble character.

The Holy Shrine has organized a program of mourning gatherings, religious lectures and Quranic events to honor the Prophet’s legacy and the enduring message of Islam. The observances highlight the principles of justice, compassion and morality that shaped his mission and continue to inspire Muslim communities.
