The Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain marked the launch of the 18th Rabi’ Al-Shahada International Cultural Festival in conjunction with the anniversary of the birth of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him). The event was held in the presence of a representative of the Supreme Religious Authority and witnessed the participation of religious and cultural delegations and figures from more than 50 countries, both from within Iraq and abroad.
