Special medical initiative brings together 32 eye doctors from various countries in Karbala

In celebration of the birth anniversary of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), the Sayyeda Zainab Al-Kubra Specialized Surgical Eye Center, in collaboration with the Al-Meethaq Voluntary Medical Group and the Karbala Health Department, launched the "Al-Naba’ and Al-Murad" free health initiative from Rajab 10 to 21.

Dr. Udai Al-Salami, director of the center, shared with Karbala International Agency, “Under the guidance of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi Al-Karbalaey, the 'Al-Naba’ and Al-Murad' free health initiative was launched in cooperation with the Al-Mithaq Voluntary Medical Group and the Karbala Health Department.”

The initiative offers free eye exams, office visits, and lab tests. Additionally, medical supplies, contact lenses, and medications are being provided at significantly reduced prices.

Doctors from several countries are participating in this initiative, bringing together expertise from around the world.

Dr. Zahraa Amman, head of the Al-Mithaq Medical Group, expressed, “We are honored to serve the visitors of the Master of Martyrs (peace be upon him). This initiative helps those in need, including orphans and the poor, from multiple provinces.”
