17th “Habib Allah” International Festival opens in Dhi Qar with Arab and Islamic participation
The 17th edition of the “Habib Allah” International Festival has opened in Dhi Qar Governorate with broad participation from Arab and Islamic countries, featuring a diverse program of religious and cultural activities.
The festival began with a Quranic gathering attended by representatives of numerous Quranic institutions, along with prominent religious and cultural figures and delegations from neighboring countries.
Dr. Ali Al-Khuzaie, head of the festival’s organizing committee, said the 17th edition has attracted extensive participation from neighboring countries. He emphasized that this gathering sends a message to the world that the Holy Quran serves as a unifying force for the Islamic Ummah, bringing people together around shared faith and values.
He added that the active participation of Quranic institutions and religious and cultural figures highlights the central role of the Holy Quran as a strong bond and enduring foundation for Muslim unity and solidarity.
