The Holy Karbala Health Department revealed health services for over 945,912 patients in its hospitals and specialized health centers during the year's first three months.

Dr. Sabah Al-Moussawi, the Director General of the Department, explained, "The number of patients to the emergency departments, consultations, and night-shift clinics in the hospitals reached (500,647), while to the specialized centers (52,615) and the health centers (359,683) patients."

He added, "The number of surgeries reached (11,938), while (10,588) childbirths occurred between natural and caesarean sections, adding that the laboratory cadres completed (1,716,101) laboratory examinations, as well as (52,163) patients in dental clinics."
