The Holy Shrine cooperates with the Ministry of Planning to launch a TOT programme
The Youth Development and Social Rehabilitation Department/Training and Programme Preparation Division at Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, in cooperation with the National Centre for Administrative Development and Information Technology/Iraqi Ministry of Planning, launched the TOT programme for the department's employees to qualify them in the training field.
Mr. Ameer Fareed al-Hasnawi, the division's official, said, "The programme was established within the cooperation between the Holy Shrine and the Iraqi Ministry of Planning following the department's vision in youth and community activities."
He added, "The programme aims to graduate more capable trainers for the future, and it is delivered by a group of certified trainers in the Ministry of Planning at a rate of 50 training hours. It contains several training sections, including the concept of training, the benefits and importance of training, the difference between education and training, and introducing participants to the training fields."
He pointed out, "The most important topics that also mentioned training needs were explaining the concept and method of training needs and knowing ways to collect data and address training resistance."
