The project aims to provide beneficiary families with housing and essential services within a fully integrated residential community.

He explained that work on the first phase is currently focused on constructing the perimeter fence and carrying out preliminary earthworks, laying the groundwork for subsequent phases to proceed in accordance with approved engineering standards and technical specifications.
Engineer Azzam added that the master plan extends beyond residential housing to include fully equipped schools, infrastructure networks, and other essential service facilities, ensuring a comprehensive living environment that meets the needs of beneficiary families.
He noted that further features of the project will take shape in the coming period as implementation progresses according to the established schedule.
The project reflects the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine’s continued commitment to humanitarian and service-oriented initiatives aimed at supporting underprivileged families, improving their living conditions, and providing the foundations for a dignified life.
