Al-Warith Academy for Sustainable Development and Strategic Studies, affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain, has launched the “Mission-Oriented Teacher” program, an initiative aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of educational and teaching staff in pedagogical and instructional fields.

Ahmed Al-Sharifi, Head of the Educational Empowerment Division at the Academy, said the program comprises a series of training modules delivered by specialized instructors. The modules cover educational management, student motivation, teaching methodologies, professional ethics, Arabic language skills, and effective feedback techniques.

Held at the Ithar Al-Mahdi Schools, the 10-day program brings together approximately 60 female teachers specializing in Arabic language and Islamic studies.

Al-Sharifi explained that the participants have been divided between two training halls to provide an effective learning environment and maximize the benefits of the program. Instructors rotate between the two halls to deliver their sessions in accordance with an approved training plan designed to meet the program’s objectives.

He added that the launch of the “Mission-Oriented Teacher” program reflects Al-Warith Academy’s ongoing efforts to support and develop educational staff, enhance the quality of teaching and pedagogical practices, and contribute to creating a more effective and efficient educational environment.
