Imam Hussain Holy Shrine advances 'Ataa Al-Warith Schools' project in Babylon

The Engineering and Technical Projects Department at the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine has announced continued progress on the "Ataa Al-Warith Schools" project in Babylon Governorate, part of the shrine's broader efforts to support Iraq's education sector and enhance educational infrastructure.

According to a statement published on the shrine's official website, the project is designed to provide a modern, integrated learning environment that helps prepare future generations academically and intellectually.

The department said the schools are being constructed in line with the latest engineering specifications and educational standards to ensure a high-quality environment that supports effective teaching and meets students' needs.

The project spans a total area of 5,742.3 square meters and includes two schools, a kindergarten, a multi-purpose hall, and an administration building.

Construction is progressing according to the approved plans and timeline under the supervision of specialized engineering and technical teams to ensure the project meets the required quality standards and fulfills its educational and community objectives.

The Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, under the directives of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi Al-Karbalaey, continues to prioritize investment in the education sector through strategic projects across several Iraqi governorates. These initiatives aim to strengthen educational infrastructure, provide comprehensive learning environments, and contribute to the development of future generations.
