The Imam Hussain Center, affiliated with the Media Department of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, organized its fourth annual forum in Turkey, marking the first event of its kind in the city's history. Held in Hatay, the forum brought together religious, cultural, and social figures, along with a large number of followers and admirers of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them).

Mr. Al-Hassan Nima Al-Khafaji, Technical Deputy to the Head of the Media Department, said the forum represented a significant milestone, as Hatay hosted its first-ever Hussaini gathering. He noted that the event reflects the shrine's ongoing efforts to expand its cultural and religious outreach in Turkey while strengthening ties with local communities.

Al-Khafaji explained that the uprising of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) embodies universal values of freedom, justice, and reform. He added that Hussaini media continues to promote a culture of dialogue, coexistence, and mutual understanding while conveying the humanitarian and cultural initiatives undertaken by the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine.

He further affirmed the shrine's commitment to supporting the people of Hatay, strengthening relations with the local community, and facilitating visits to the holy shrines in Iraq. He also conveyed the greetings of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi Al-Karbalaey, and the Secretary-General of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, Mr. Hassan Rashid Al-Abayechi, to the residents of the city.

Al-Khafaji noted that Hatay was selected to host the forum because of its religious and social importance and its large community of followers of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them). He added that the event also carried a message of solidarity and moral support for the city's residents in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake. He praised the efforts of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them) Foundation for its role in ensuring the forum's success and highlighted the continued cooperation between the foundation and the shrine in organizing cultural and religious programs across Turkey.

For his part, Sayed Sabah Al-Taliqani, Director of the Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) Cultural Center in Istanbul, said the forum attracted a large and distinguished audience, reflecting Hatay's prominent religious and social standing.

He reaffirmed the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine's commitment to expanding its cultural and religious presence throughout Turkey and continuing its partnership with the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them) Foundation to organize similar events in cities across the country.
