Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain continues school complex project in Babylon’s Al-Qasim District
The Department of Engineering and Technical Projects at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain announced the continuation of work on a new educational complex in the Al-Qasim district of Babylon Governorate under the directives of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi Al-Karbalaey.
According to a statement issued by the department, the project has entered the foundation-pouring phase and is being constructed on a total area of 5,742 square meters.
The complex includes two schools, a kindergarten, a multi-purpose hall and an administration building, aiming to provide an integrated educational environment that meets the needs of students and educational institutions in the area.
The statement noted that the project reflects the Holy Shrine’s commitment to supporting Iraq’s education sector through the establishment of modern educational institutions that help prepare future generations in a suitable learning environment.
The Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain continues to implement a range of service and development projects across Iraq, particularly in the education sector, which is considered a key pillar of community development.
