Pakistan: Imam Hussain Cultural Center in Islamabad welcomes renowned reciter Farhan Ali Waris
The Imam Hussain Cultural Center in Islamabad, affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain, welcomed the renowned international reciter and eulogist Farhan Ali Waris, who received a warm and hospitable reception from the center’s management team.
During the visit, the center’s director, Dr. Muhammad Askari, delivered a comprehensive overview of the center’s scientific, cultural, and educational activities. He highlighted its targeted programs in education, cultural development, and community awareness, as well as the annual international conferences organized for scholars and religious leaders to promote interfaith understanding. Dr. Askari also introduced the various scientific and cultural initiatives of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain in Pakistan.
Mr. Farhan Ali Waris commended the center’s efforts and services, emphasizing its influential role in promoting the teachings of Imam Hussain, nurturing moral values, and strengthening unity within the Muslim community. He expressed hope that the center would continue to expand its activities and achieve further success in the religious and cultural spheres.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Imam Hussain Cultural Center presented the distinguished guest with a copy of the Holy Quran as a commemorative gift.
