The General Secretariat of the Al-Askariyain Holy Shrine received a delegation from the Ajyal Al-Nour Association for Quran Memorization in Lebanon. The delegation included thirty visitors, among them twenty male and female memorizers of the Holy Quran.

According to the Shrine’s official website, the purpose of the visit was to honor the two Imams, Imam Ali Al-Hadi and Imam Hasan Al-Askari (peace be upon them), and to reaffirm the visitors’ devotion to the Holy Quran and the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them), in a spiritual atmosphere filled with loyalty and love for the Prophet’s family.

The program included a religious lecture delivered by His Eminence Sheikh Awda Al-Aqayli, concluding with a ceremony honoring the male and female Quran memorizers in appreciation of their efforts in serving the Holy Quran.
