Under the auspices of the General Secretariat of the Al-Askariyain Holy Shrine, the people of Daquq held a celebration marking the birth anniversary of Imam Hassan Al-Askari (peace be upon him) in the holy city of Samarra. The event drew a large number of local residents and pilgrims, who gathered to express their devotion and rejoice on this blessed occasion.

According to the Holy Shrine’s official website, the ceremony opened with a speech delivered by a representative of the General Secretariat. The address highlighted the noble character of the Imam (peace be upon him) and his significant role in upholding and spreading Islamic values.

The program continued with poetry and religious chanting, featuring performances by poet Wathiq Al-Isawi and reciter Samir Al-Karbalaey.

The event also included moving renditions by the Religious Chanting Group of the Al-Askariyain Holy Shrine, who recited poems expressing love and loyalty to the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them).
