The Ministry of Oil Products, represented by the OPDC company in Karbala, announced the services plan that the branch of Karbala will provide for the Al-Arbaeen pilgrimage after the great success accomplished by the OPDC employees the 10th of Muharram pilgrimage.

Ali Abdul Latif, the senior chief of the OPDC branch in Karbala, said, "The company aims to provide all oil products whenever needed, as we provide all general requirements such as oil, gasoline, and kerosene gas to distribute them on the Hussaini processions, by mobile fuel tanks, and local agents, under the supervision of the branch of Karbala, in addition to providing the civil and security departments."

Abdul Latif pointed out, "There are additional shares for the departments of Karbala up to 50%, in addition to equipping an electric generator for electrical energy, as well as oil shares to Karbala residential areas."

He concluded, "The company also participated in providing free transportation air-conditioned buses for pilgrims, with over 250 cars, and providing over 1000 ice blocks and bottled water for pilgrims every day."
