The Health and Medical Education Authority affiliated with Imam Hussain Holy Shrine announced that over 5B IQD were spent in ten days of the 2nd A'taa Al-Imam Al-Hussain (PBUH) initiative

Dr. Haider Hamza Al-Abadi, the head of the Health and Medical Education Authority, stated to the Karbala International Agency, "The hospitals affiliated with the Holy Shrine have performed over (713,1) surgeries and (157,107) labs. examinations, and over (680,72) beneficiaries."

He added that "the Shrine's hospitals provide the best free medical services to all citizens from various Iraqi governorates."
